The creation of jobs targeted at digital natives is a way to promote digital transformation.
Digital natives conceive the world with the advantages offered by technology and integrate it into their lives naturally. This generation is usually aware of all kinds of processes and technological developments and is prone to innovate processes, optimizing the work and time needed to adapt to changes. The change of perspective regarding the way they see the world and the attraction of a young audience that thinks like them facilitates the goal of innovating in digitization and internationalization.
Creating jobs for young international talent also allows COFME to strengthen its commitment to the SDG goals. Goal number 8: “Promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment and decent work for all”, proposes to achieve by 2030 full and productive employment for groups such as young people, in addition to actions for economic development that support creativity and innovation.
COFME’s initiative for international young talent is already underway and has brought excellent results to the group.
The COFME Group consists of seven Spanish leading manufacturers in the field of electrical equipment: CELO, DAISALUX, SACI, SALICRU, SODECA, SOFAMEL and SOLERA.
