SACI and SOFAMEL, companies of the COFME group, participate as exhibitors in Middle East Electricity 2019 held at the World Trade Centre in Dubai between 5 and 7 March.
Both companies present their new products: SACI (stand H2-E11) in electrical magnitude measurement systems and SOFAMEL (stand H2-E10) in the area of electrical connection systems and line protections. The commercial action is included in its strategic planning for the Middle East area.
Middle East Electricity is the international benchmark event for the electricity sector in the region. It brings together government authorities, industry experts and electrical sector professionals with manufacturers and suppliers. The 2019 edition will host more than 1,600 exhibitors from 130 countries and will host 23 national pavilions in its 80,000 square meters, with an estimated volume of more than 60,000 visitors. MEE 2019 will include the Revolutionising Power Generation Conference, around the key developments that are changing the power generation sector.
The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, comprising Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, is a market with estimated growth of more than $1.6 billion over the next seven years in the smart grid markets, which generates 43% of electricity in the Greater Middle East and North Africa.
