DAISALUX, COFME’s specialist in emergency lighting, provides safety at the Hard Rock Hotel in Madrid with Izar and Hydra AEX luminaires.
The Izar Series emergency luminaires are installed indoors. Suitable for flush mounting in the technical ceiling, they stand out for their discretion with only 4 cm in diameter in their visible area. They consist of 3 independent modules: optical assembly, electronics and batteries. They offer two options of optical assembly: evacuation and anti-panic. The former allows a greater distance between luminaires (e.g. in corridors), achieving adequate lighting levels in evacuation routes. They are available in various colors.
Hydra all-weather (AEX) luminaires provide safety on the Hard Rock Hotel terraces, and are specifically designed for outdoor installations. They can operate in ambient temperatures between -20ºC and +50ºC. Its long service life is guaranteed by its various protections: UV protection of its housing and diffuser made of polycarbonate; protection against water ingress (IP66 certification); and protection against mechanical impact (IK10 certification).
The Hard Rock Hotel in Madrid is located in the Atocha district, opposite the historic Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, one of the vertices of the so-called Art Triangle, a group of museums in Madrid located in the Paseo del Prado area. The three vertices of the triangle are the Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía.
