FERMAX, COFME’s access control specialist, presents its Nearkey virtual key, which allows access to be opened via smart phone, thanks to a control receiver with Bluetooth technology.
Nearkey offers multiple advantages, starting with the independence of keys or physical remote controls. For the installer, it is an easy and quick system to install with great versatility of application to multiple environments: buildings, garages, offices, tourist apartments, single-family homes, commercial premises, rural houses,… For the administrator or owner, it provides a wide control of the property, by enabling the remote creation and deletion of virtual keys, with management of an unlimited number of accesses and users and configuring restrictions by day, hour, vacations, etc. The final user will have the maximum comfort in the control of his accesses, forgetting to take many keys and the copies that he must make, being able to open his door with the mobile and to send copies of the virtual key if necessary. Nearkey can also work by reading QR or NFC tags.
The elements of the system are only a Bluetooth receiver to be installed in the access, the free Nearkey app and the web platform in the cloud, which stores the user records.
