FERMAX, the specialist from COFME Group in Door Entry Systems, is once again shining with a landmark residential project in the Greater London area.
The company, which has its own subsidiary in the United Kingdom, has implemented a Door Entry System in the London municipality of Croydon, as part of the Grafton Quarter residential project. The system, based on DUOX technology, incorporates the MARINE vandal-resistant panels and VEO monitors, which provide service to 5 general entrances, 88 modern apartments and 13 bicycle parking areas. FERMAX UK has also supplied the networked CCTV that completes the system.
DUOX, the latest digital audio and video technology, is the only 2-wire digital system on the market and the fastest to install without the possibility of errors. It is also the most versatile, as it admits all types of connections: star, cascade, distribution, and does not require floor distributors, decoders or switchers: the installation can be done simply with a plate, power supply, line terminator and home terminals.
Croydon is the most populous municipality of Greater London. Business and financial axis, but also cultural, it has great influence in the arts and entertainment. The London Vision 2020 regeneration plan will change the urban planning of its centre, with the aim of making it the third largest municipality in Greater London.
With this project FERMAX continues to consolidate its brand through products that combine the best design with the most advanced technology, establishing itself as the main reference for many architects and builders around the world.
The COFME Group consists of eight Spanish leading manufacturers in the field of electrical equipment: APOLO, DAISALUX, EGI, FERMAX, SACI, SALICRU, SODECA and SOFAMEL.
