Project: The Cotton House Hotel stands proudly in the former headquarters of the “Textil Algodonera Foundation”, an emblematic XIX century neoclassical building that is a benchmark in the city of Barcelona. It was built by a family of the Catalan high bourgeoisie in the midst of the textile industry and housed the maximum number of cotton organizations. On the initiative of a group of hotel promoters in Barcelona, the building began an intense process of reform that ended in January 2015, giving rise to the beautiful Cotton House Hotel. The restoration project has taken extreme care in maintaining and recovering all the original elements of the building. The acclaimed interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán has been responsible for decorating all the rooms of the hotel, reflecting a contemporary and sophisticated style that at the same time incorporates all the necessary functionalities to guarantee a service and comfort in the level of the luxury that our clients expect.
System: Emergency lighting & evacuation system based on luminaires Hydra.
