Project: The residential project called “Le Nouvel”, is a freehold serviced apartment located in front of the world-famous KLCC Petronas Towers. The building consists of two towers, one with 43 and one with 49 storeys. The facades of the building are overgrown with a plants, creating a stunning vertical garden in the tropical city.

System: Video door entry system based on Skyline outdoor panels with biometric fingerprint reader and Vivo monitors in each apartment, Skyline Digital outdoor panels for common areas and a 3rd party KNX Smart Home system.
