Project: One 57 is the newest and most glamorous Manhattan Skyscraper, designed by Christian de Portzamparc. The 90-storey building rises 306 metres high and leaves its mark in the most famous urban profile. It has a hotel with 2,010 rooms of which there are 135 luxury apartments with splendid views of Central Park.

System: IP based video door entry system, with Skyline door entry panels in the building as well as tactile monitors in every apartment.
