SALICRU, COFME’s specialist in power systems, joins the group of members of the green hydrogen value chain to promote its knowledge, production and implementation.
The initiative is aligned with the European Commission’s strategy to generalize the use of renewable hydrogen by 2050, produced mainly with wind and solar energy. The aim is to achieve a climate-neutral Europe by 2050.
The renewable energy market is strategic for SALICRU, which in recent years is committed to products that reduce environmental impact and position it strongly in this market. In this line, SALICRU collaborates with local and international partners in the field of electrolyzers, fuel cells and the ecosystem that will lead to green hydrogen to accelerate climate neutrality, along with solar and wind energy among others.
The Hydrogen Valley Association of Catalonia, in its informative work to promote a green hydrogen economy, promotes the use of renewable energies low in emissions.
The COFME Group consists of seven Spanish leading manufacturers in the field of electrical equipment: CELO, DAISALUX, SACI, SALICRU, SODECA, SOFAMEL and SOLERA.
