The USER may always access the privacy policies of each of these social networks and may also configure their profile in order to protect their privacy.

COFME has access to and processes the USER’s public information, in particular their contact name. This information is only used within the social network itself. It is not incorporated into any file.

With regard to the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition that the USER may exercise before COFME, the following is stated:

  • This is defined by the functionality of the Social Network and the ability to access information in USERS’ profiles.
  • This can only be satisfied in relation to information that is under COFME’s control, for example, deleting comments posted on the page itself. Normally, the USER must exercise this right before the Social Network.

The USER can consult COFME’s privacy policy when they wish to find out how to exercise these rights.

COFME may access public information on the USER’s profile; publish information already published on the COFME page on the USER’s profile; send personal and individual messages through the Social Network channels; and make updates to the page status that will be published on the USER’s profile.

The USER can always control their connections, delete content, and restrict the other USERS with whom they share their connections. All of this can be done by accessing their own privacy settings.

4. PUBLICATIONS

Once the USER has joined the COFME website, they may publish comments, links, images, photographs, and, in general, multimedia content on it. In such cases, COFME reserves the right to immediately remove this content and to request the permanent blocking of the USER. COFME shall not be liable for content freely published by a USER.

The USER must assume that everything they publish will be known to other USERS and that, consequently, they are primarily responsible for their privacy.

Images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any file by COFME, although they will remain on the Social Network.

5. CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONS

COFME reserves the right to hold contests and promotions in which USERS who are members of its page may participate. The associated information will be published on the Social Network when its platform is used for this purpose, in compliance with the LSSI-CE and any other applicable regulations.

The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse, or administer any of COFME’s promotions in any way, nor is it associated with any of them.

6. ADVERTISING

COFME will use the Social Network to advertise its corporate and training activities. In any case, if it decides to process your contact details for direct commercial prospecting activities, it will always do so in compliance with the legal requirements of the GDPR and the LSSI-CE.

Recommending the COFME page to other USERS so that they are informed of its activity will not be considered advertising.
