SODECA, COFME’s specialist in industrial ventilation, improves the quality of life of the elderly and school groups on the Asian continent through its mobile air purifiers.
The awareness in regions such as Hong Kong of the need to provide healthy indoor air guarantees in schools and geriatric centers, augurs a possible increase in the volume of units distributed internationally.
The initial batch supplied by SODECA is close to one hundred UPM mobile air purifiers, designed for cleaning, odor elimination and indoor air purification, in any type of premises. These units are characterized by their high capacity to eliminate particles harmful to health, including viruses (such as SARS-CoV-2, responsible for the Coronavirus).
The equipment has been installed in geriatric centers and schools in Hong Kong, such as the Nord Anglia International School. They have HEPA filters and germicidal chambers, and are certified to be effective against viruses and bacteria in just a few minutes. They are also mobile units that stand out for their ease of transport.
With this new action, SODECA once again ensures good indoor air quality in spaces occupied by vulnerable groups, in line with SDG 3: ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages.
